Heirloom can receive ground or air packages from USPS, FEDEX, and UPS.
How long do I have access to my digital files?
Your phyiscal media will be transferred to your secure account within two weeks. You'll have 90 days to download the files unless you pay a cloud storage subscription.
Can I request my physical media to be returned?
Sure! Please keep in mind, unless you make other arrangements, Heirloom will charge a UPS shipping fee to return your old content based on weight and size.
