Will my negatives stay in their original order?
Yes. Heirloom scans each strip in its original order. Every envelope, sleeve, box, or group receives a unique identification number, and your 22MP JPG images are delivered in correspondingly numbered digital folders.
How will I receive my digitized negatives?
Heirloom delivers your scanned negatives as high-quality 22MP JPG images to your private Heirloom cloud, where you can immediately view, download, organize, and share them. You can also add a Heirloom Flash Drive or External Drive to your order, and your original negatives are safely returned.
Will my digitized negatives be AI enhanced?
No. Heirloom's negatives to digital service is focused on creating the highest-quality digital capture of your original film before it deteriorates further. We carefully clean each negative before scanning and create faithful 22MP JPG images using professional scanning equipment.
