Yes. You can send additional media at any time by placing another Shop order for a box or shipping label. All newly digitized memories are added to the same Heirloom digital vault, so everything stays together even if your items arrive in multiple shipments.

Yes. You can bundle a flash drive when you shop, or add one anytime within the first 90 days of your digitizing order. Some customers wait until they’ve seen their digitized memories before deciding.
