This includes secure Heirloom shipping boxes, a prepaid shipping label for your own box, gift cards, and optional flash drives. Digitizing is quoted later, after your media is received and inspected.
Which box or shipping option should I choose?
Heirloom offers three box sizes to fit small, medium, or large collections, plus a single prepaid shipping label if you want to use your own box of any size. All box and label options include round-trip shipping to and from Heirloom. If you’re unsure, a quick call or Zoom can help you choose.
Can I send different types of media in one box?
Yes. You can mix tapes, photos, film, audio, and other media in the same box—no sorting required. Heirloom specialists will identify, count, and quote each item by type after it arrives.
Can I add more items after I’ve already started?
Yes. You can send additional media at any time by placing another Shop order for a box or shipping label. All newly digitized memories are added to the same Heirloom digital vault, so everything stays together even if your items arrive in multiple shipments.
Can I bundle a flash drive with my order?
Yes. You can bundle a flash drive when you shop, or add one anytime within the first 90 days of your digitizing order. Some customers wait until they’ve seen their digitized memories before deciding.
Do gift cards or prepaid options expire?
No. Heirloom gift cards and prepaid options never expire. They’re a flexible way to get started now or give someone the freedom to begin when they’re ready.
What if I buy the wrong option or need to ship to multiple addresses?
No problem. If you choose the wrong box or label, Heirloom will help you adjust. If you plan to ship items from multiple addresses, simply place separate Shop orders so each shipment has its own return label.
