Heirloom accomplished what I genuinely thought was impossible, restoring and digitizing my sisters preschool concert recording from 1995! Given the poor condition of the original tape, I had very little hope that those precious memories could be recovered. Thanks to Justin and his incredible team, a piece of our childhood that I thought was lost forever has been brought back to life. Needless to say, there were plenty of happy tears!

I had an old zip disc that quit working in my Zip drive. It contained family photos that I had put on it . I ordered the small shipping kit. Heirloom made it so easy to send my disc to them. The kit contained everything I needed for shipping with packing material and a return label. All I had to do was take it to a UPS drop off store. Heirloom was able to retrieve my photos and put them on a cloud account for me. I am so grateful to Heirloom for giving me back my photos and I shared the photos with other family members who appreciated reliving old memories. Thank you Heirloom for a job well done!
