Carried my great aunt’s old reels in for digitizing, and am very happy with the results! Our family has been so excited to see this footage again. The time frame quoted online was 2 weeks, but before the first week was up they were already completed, most likely due to the shortness of the recordings, but it was still awesome to have them completed sooner than expected.
While I could figure out what to do, a simple instruction sheet would have been very helpful as to how you want items packed for return processing.
