After years of talking about converting our memories to digital, we finally decided to have it done by Heirloom Cloud Corp. We took our tapes to their office. We were quite impressed by the service we received. They were friendly and professional. They explained the entire process to us and made us aware that depending upon age and condition of the tapes that some may not convert properly. We were given the price and an estimated time for completion. Most of all they assured us that the originals would be safely returned to us. The Heirloom team completed our project several days earlier than anticipated. They identified and documented issues detected on three of the tapes, all were minor. We highly recommend Heirloom Cloud Corp. and will be using them again for future conversion projects.

I sent a 40 year old VHS tape to Heirloom and had a downloadable MP4 file withing just a few days. Fantastic all around!
when I took my old SAN discs to a photo booth in Walmart to try and get the pictures off of them, I was disappointed to find they were too old and it was going to cost me over $60 to have them send my discs in to a place to retrieve my pictures I was astounded! I decided to look up a place on my own and found Heirloom online. They made it so easy to send my old discs to them, and it was cheaper than what it would have cost me through Walmart. I'm so happy to have my pictures!
