The Heirloom Digital Transfer Kit makes it easy to send your old media for professional digitizing and receive your completed memories on a 64GB flash drive.
First, we send you the shipping box, protective packing materials, and prepaid UPS label. After Heirloom receives and digitizes your media, we organize the completed digital files, load them onto the included flash drive, and ship the drive to you.

The first shipment to you includes:

- Protective packing materials
Pack your media, attach the prepaid label, and drop the box off at any UPS Store® location. Heirloom handles everything from inspection through digital delivery.
Your Flash Drive Ships After Digitizing
The 64GB flash drive does not arrive inside the initial shipping box.
After your media has been digitized, Heirloom loads your completed files onto the flash drive and ships it to you. This ensures the drive arrives ready to connect, view, copy, and share.
The included USB 3.0 flash drive features both USB-A and USB-C connections, making it compatible with most modern computers and many compatible Smart TVs.

No. The kit includes the shipping box, protective packing materials, prepaid UPS shipping label, and 64GB flash drive. After inspecting your media, Heirloom will email you a separate, itemized quote for the recommended digitizing services. No digitizing begins until you approve it.

The exact capacity depends on the number, length, resolution, and format of your completed files. If your transfers require more than 64GB, Heirloom will contact you about additional storage options.
