With exceptions for degraded media, orders are uploaded to your digital vault within two weeks from receiving payment.
Is the digital vault really free?
Your digital vault is free for 90 days—plenty of time to relive, download, and share your memories with everyone you love. After that, a small fee keeps them protected forever.
Can I receive my memories on a single flash drive?
Yes, and you can buy multiples to give as gifts. Heirloom USB 3.0 flash drives are exceptional, each holding up to 256 hours of video!
