Clear & Simple Invoicing
Heirloom sorts, counts, and sends you an itemized invoice the same day we receive your shipment. Once you approve and pay the invoice, we’ll get to work preserving your memories!
Exceptional Service, Fast
Heirloom completes most orders within two weeks of a paid invoice. Ocassionally, there are problems with decaying media, but we'll communicate these exceptions. Unlike others, Heirloom actually preserves moldy tapes.
Communication Is Key
Heirloom innovations save you time and money. It's easy to click and get exactly what you want, but preserving old media can sometimes be complex. That's why we answer the phone... Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm (ET), and reply to service@heirloom.cloud email.
Original Media Return
The purchase of an Heirloom box or label includes the return of your original media. This is shipped byUPS Ground with Signature Required, the same day we complete your digitizing. Heirloom will also return the media for any order with an unpaid invoice after 30 days.
