Do I need to sort my tapes and photos before sending?
Not unless you want to. Feel free to send everything together. Heirloom sorts, counts, and emails an itemized quote the day we receive your delivery.
How long does digitization take?
With exceptions for degraded media, orders are uploaded to your digital vault within two weeks from receiving payment.
Is my digital vault really free?
Your digital vault is free for 90 days—plenty of time to relive, download, and share your memories with everyone you love. After that, a small fee keeps them protected forever.
Can I receive my memories on a flash drive?
Yes, you can buy an optional flash drive to hold all your memories. Heirloom USB 3.0 flash drives are exceptional, each holding up to 256 hours of video!
