Protecting What Matters Most

At Heirloom, we believe your memories are priceless. Every photo, video, and voice tells a story that deserves to be safeguarded, celebrated, and passed down through generations.

Our Mission

To protect what matters most—story.

We help people rediscover, organize, and share their most meaningful memories. Every photo, video, and voice you never want to forget is permanently protected—securely shared, never exploited, and always treasured.

Our Vision

To be the world’s most trusted home for memories.

Our Core Values

  1. Privacy
Your memories belong only to you and those you trust. Heirloom never mines or monetizes your data. Our AI exists solely within your private memory network—serving your story, not Big Tech’s agenda.
  2. Always Be Worthy of Trust
Trust is earned through action. From transparent pricing to secure handling of your irreplaceable content, we strive to operate with integrity in every interaction.
  3. Precision
Every detail matters. From restoring damaged film to tagging faces with accuracy, we strive for excellence because what we protect isn’t just media—it’s your story.
  4. Technology to Restore
Innovation should simplify, not complicate. Our tools—AI, ML, and beyond—are designed to make life easier. Heirloom seeks to revive memory, not replace it with something fake.
  5. Permanence
We’re building for forever. From lifetime accounts to heirship transfers, Heirloom ensures your legacy won’t fade, break, or vanish behind a paywall.

Our History

Heirloom was founded by Geoff Weber, a combat veteran and intelligence officer who dedicated two decades to government service after 9/11. There he realized that if America’s most sensitive data required protection, so did people’s most personal stories. After retiring in 2022, Geoff launched Heirloom from a garage that has since grown into a trusted platform serving families, businesses, and institutions worldwide.
